I went out for dinner with a couple of girlfriends last night and lo and behold, who should sit at the table next to ours but our new foreign affairs minister, the Honorable Peter MacKay. We introduced ourselves, especially me since I work for foreign affairs. Very friendly amicable guy. Went on to ask what I did at foreign affairs, then went on to tell us about his meal and so forth. Got my pic taken with him haha passed it around the office today. Fun times!
